I totally understand how exciting and overwhelming this stage can be. Building your dream home is a huge investment—one that you’ve been dreaming about, gathering inspiration for, and discussing during weekend drives through your favorite neighborhoods. You want everything to be perfect, and I’m here to help make sure it is!

From my earliest memories, I’ve always been deeply impacted by my surroundings. Whether it was the colors in a room, the way furniture was arranged, or how light filtered in through the windows, my environment shaped how I felt. I realized early on that a well-designed space could transform not only the way a room looked but how it made you feel. That’s when I knew I wanted to pursue interior design—not just for myself, but to create spaces that could positively impact others.

When it comes to square footage, conversations tend to go one of two ways: “We’re downsizing” or “We need more storage!” If you find yourself in the “we need more” camp, we completely understand. Storage can make or break a home. However, the issue is often not about the amount of storage—it’s about the amount of stuff!

You might have a few exterior inspiration pins saved, but more often than not, most of our clients initially focus on the interior of their home rather than the exterior. However, the outside of your home is your first impression, and with a little thoughtful design, it can be just as stunning and welcoming as the interior. Studio Collection Design Kits are our e-design packages. You purchase a limited edition package (custom-curated by our team) and take it from there- by ordering your own materials (don’t worry we give you the list and links to easily purchase), putting the room together and adding the finishing touches! Over the past several years we have been helping clients review and revise floor plans as part of our design process. We feel that the best designs come from us being involved in those early stages of floor plan creation- we can provide tons of insight into the flow, functionality and furniture plan of the home.

We are now able to provide architectural sets of plans through our collaboration with a trusted draftsman.

We have been hard at work getting several projects to the finish line. The closer a project gets to completion, the more hands-on we need to be. Every day is filled with texts, calls and emails about specific subcontractor details and urgent issues that come up. Not only are we wrapping up construction, but we are hard at work finalizing furniture and accessories and planning an install. It’s exciting times around here- we are getting our people into their dream homes, closer and closer by the day!

Most people don’t think about artwork until they are ready to style their space. It’s easy to put the focus (and budget) on building your home and major furniture purchases, with little money left for styling. But we really don’t want to make art an afterthought- it’s part of what pulls all the design elements together.

It’s important to be intentional about your art purchases. It’s smart to set aside a portion of your budget for art while working through your furniture plan. This will ensure you have money later in your project to source something you truly love and can afford.
